2 immediate openings for mid to senior level QA test engineer with hands on experience testing networking or telecommunication systems. Good knowledge of protocols and TCP/IP stack is required. Person will be involved in functional testing of software and associated platforms/systems. Knowledge of test tools used for Automation helpful as we are expanding use of automated tests.
- 3-5+ years of software test and QA
- demonstrated knowledge of TCP/IP or higher level IP stack
- demonstrated knowledge of configuration management tools
- system test of components OR strong GUI and apps testing … (ideally a bit of both is GREAT)
- test automation (helpful)
- MUST have some scripting experice with TCL, perl, python or other scripting languages
- Linux
- Either Java or C++ helpful but not required
- BS degree required
1 role is more systems test
1 role is more web/applications and GUI testing
